Haizea Activities Ltd., is an English group, registered in the Companies House of U.K. with number 15080885, with a registered share capital of 500.000.000,00 British Pounds Sterling.

Our company is initially intended to be a Holding Company of participations in other companies and investment projects, either acting as a promoter or as an accompaniment to the projects as a structurer of the financing of the same.

Participated Projects

Haizea Activities Ltd. is currently involved, with varying degrees of investment and participation, in the following projects:

Cardinal Capital Group Ltd. A company with a share capital of 100,000,000 British Pounds Sterling, with an interest in participating in the development of environmental and clean energy projects.

Cardinal Capital Group Actividades Colombia SAS, a company with share capital of 500,000,000 Colombian pesos, focused on the treatment and recovery of contaminated land from mining in Colombia.

Derivates Fuel Trading Ltd., a company with share capital of 100,000,000 British pounds sterling, with interests and developments in petroleum fuel derivatives trading projects in Europe.

H&H Investments Developers Ltd., a company with share capital of 500,000,000 pounds sterling, dedicated to the investment and financing of government infrastructure projects in countries with more limited financial capacity.

Magdalena Portuaria e industrial S.A.S., Colombian company, which manages an industrial port project in Barranquilla, Colombia, with an investment of close to $300 million.

Our contribution to financing

Through our resources, relationships and/or associates, we have the capacity to make available to our clients or future partners the possibility of obtaining resources to finance the projects that, after due diligence, are eligible for our group.

Once these projects have been accepted, we study the possibilities available to us to offer financing under acceptable conditions for the promoters and we make the proposal that we believe to be most suitable for the project.

Haizea Activities Ltd. works and collaborates with financial partners and banks that can provide credit lines to our clients based on the monetisation of cash-backed banking instruments that are assigned through loan contracts.
